Delete your account

Deleting your Hard Lickr account is permanent.

When you delete your account, your profile, your saved creations (including your Bar Fridge) and your preferences are permanently removed. This cannot be undone.

Delete from within the app

• Open Hard Lickr and go to Settings.
• Choose Account, then Delete Account.
• Confirm the deletion. Your account and data are removed immediately.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is retained

We may retain limited records where required by law (for example, records of a deletion request). Anonymous, aggregated analytics that cannot identify you are not affected by account deletion.
