This Privacy Policy describes how Hard Lickr ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you use the Hard Lickr mobile application and the website hardlickr.app (together, the "Service").

Information we collect

• Account information. If you create an account, we collect the details you provide, such as your name and email address.
• Content you provide. The occasions, flavour preferences and other prompts you enter to create cocktail recipes, and the creations you save to your Bar Fridge.
• Usage information. Basic analytics about how you use the app — features used, screens viewed and crash reports — to help us improve the Service.
• Device information. Device model, operating system version and app version.

How we use information

• To provide the Service, including generating personalised cocktail recipes using AI.
• To save and sync your creations to your account.
• To improve, troubleshoot and secure the Service.
• To communicate with you about the Service, where you have opted in.

AI processing

Recipe creation is powered by AI. The prompts you enter (such as the occasion and flavour profile) are processed to generate your recipe. We do not use your prompts to build advertising profiles.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting and analytics providers), when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data at any time — see Delete Account.

Age requirement

The Service is intended for people of legal drinking age in their country of residence (21+ in the United States). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the legal drinking age.
